Everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email the moment your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $70 or more.
• Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.
• Express shipping (2–3 business days): $15.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to 25+ countries worldwide, including Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and Japan. International rates are calculated at checkout; customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

In-store pickup

Free pickup at our Lubbock store: 1409 34th St, Lubbock, TX 79411. Monday–Saturday 10am–8pm, Sunday 11am–6pm.

Returns & exchanges

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags for a full refund — we send you a prepaid return label. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
