Full refund on unworn items with tags and original packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery. We send you a prepaid return shipping label, so returns are free. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

The fastest way: place a new order for the size you want so it ships right away, then return the original with the prepaid label for a full refund. Submit a ticket and we'll email your return label.

We process refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days total for the credit to appear on your statement.

Most brands run true to size. Exceptions we've found: adidas Ultraboost runs small (size up 1/2), Birkenstock runs large (size down 1/2), and Converse Chuck Taylors run large (size down 1/2).
